Gifted & Talented/Odyssey of the Mind
The Osceola School District offers Gifted and Talented programs to its students beginning with the 1st grade. Gifted & Talented courses are designed to encourage and challenge the gifted student in the development of creativity, originality, fluency, flexibility, and elaboration in his/her thought processes. The classes will encourage and provide opportunities for the gifted student to explore and develop his/her unique abilities.
The Osceola School District also strongly supports its students in the Odyssey of the Mind program. Odyssey of the Mind hosts regional, state, and world competition levels and teaches students to learn creative problem-solving methods while having fun in the process.
