USAGE POLICY FOR OHLENDORF CIVIC CENTER
The purpose of the meeting room/kitchen facility is solely for Chamber Members' business-related activities and specific civic events, approved in advance by the Building/Events Approval Committee of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of specified fees is to offset expenses for utilities/maintenance/cleaning.
Above stipulations also apply to use of the Chamber Board Room and Conference Room. A fee of $40.00/ day will be charged for use of either facility to offset expenses for utlities/cleaning.
CONSIDERATIONS:
1. Are you using the kitchen
a. for coffee/snacks
b. full usage - either by caterer or self for cooking
(use of kitchen facilities must be qualified and approved by the Chamber BuildinglEvents Approval Committee)
2. Use of meeting room only
a. length of time -less than two hours, more than two hours
b. number of people in attendance

a. 8 burner gas stove, double oven
b. ice maker
c. steam tables/attachments for cafeteria style serving
d. coffee/tea equipment
e. 20 quart mixer
f. plates, cups/saucers, salad plates, silverware - serve 130-150 people

h. pots/pans
i. telephone (programmed for local calls only)
j. fire extinguisher
2. Meeting Room
a. seating for 130, tables/chairs
b. podium with lectum
c. sound system (8 speakers)
d. video player (vhs), two 27" TVs, cassette player hookup
e. cable hookup
f. large pull-down screen for slide/projection viewing
g. table on wheels with wiring for projector
h. coat closet
i. telephone (programmed for local calls only) and fire extinguisher in coat closet
j. men/women restrooms, handicapped included - also handicap entrance
FEE SCHEDULE FOR BUILDING USAGE
LESS THAN 75 PEOPLE - LESS THAN 2 HOURS:
No kitchen use (meeting room only) $60.00
Limited kitchen use (drinks, snacks, ice, etc) $110.00
Full kitchen use $160.00
LESS THAN 75 PEOPLE - MORE THAN 2 HOURS:
No kitchen use (meeting room only) $85.00
Limited kitchen use (drinks, snacks, ice, etc.) $135.00
Full kitchen use $185.00
MORE THAN 75 PEOPLE - LESS THAN 2 HOURS:
No kitchen use (meeting room only) $85.00
Limited kitchen use (drinks, snacks, ice, etc.) $135.00
Full kitchen use $210.00
MORE THAN 75 PEOPLE - MORE THAN 2 HOURS:
No kitchen use (meeting room only) $110.00
Limited kitchen use (drinks, snacks, ice, etc.) $160.00
Full kitchen use $310.00
Cleanup is included in all fees - vacuuming, baths, replacement of tables/chairs to original settings, dishwashing and kitchen cleanup.
