OSCEOLA-SMC CHAMBER of COMMERCE BUILDING USAGE POLICY
All usage is subject to review by the Facilities Committee, followed by its recommendation to the Board of Directors of the
Osceola-SMC Chamber of Commerce. The Board of Directors
reserves the right to request a reservation fee or to refuse usage.
POLICY for MEMBERS USAGE
Use of chamber premises is considered a benefit of
membership for members business related activities.
FEE SCHEDULES for MEMBERS
Ohlendorf Civic Center:
65 or less in attendance; (4 hours or less) with limited kitchen use* $110.00 (full kitchen use - $160.00)
65 or less in attendance; (+ 4 hours) with limited kitchen use* - $160.00 (full kitchen use - $210.00)
65+ in attendance; (4 hours or less) with limited kitchen use* $135.00 (full kitchen use - $210.00)
65+ in attendance; (+ 4 hours) with limited kitchen use* $210.00 (full kitchen use - $310.00)
Office Board Room Conference Room
4 hours or less $40.00 4 hours or less $50.00
4 hours or more $60.00 4 hours or more $80.00

POLICY for STANDARD USAGE
Standard usage requests will be considered by the Facilities Committee
with the accompaniment of a recommendation by a chamber member.
Upon approval, STANDARD RATES, as listed below, will apply:
Ohlendorf Civic Center:
65 or less in attendance; (4 hours or less) with limited kitchen use* $135.00 (full kitchen use - $240.00)
65 or less in attendance; (+ 4 hours) with limited kitchen use* $240.00 (full kitchen use - $315.00)
65+ in attendance; (4 hours or less) with limited kitchen use* $165.00 (full kitchen use - $240.00)
65+ in attendance; (+ 4 hours) with limited kitchen use* $260.00 (full kitchen use - $360.00)
Office Board Room Conference Room
4 hours or less $60.00 4 hours or less $100.00
4 hours or more $120.00 4 hours or more $160.00
*limited kitchen use is defined as drinks, snacks, ice, etc.
Per the by-laws of the Osceola-SMC Chamber of Commerce, this organization
cannot take part in nor lend its influences or facilities, either directly or indirectly,
to the nomination, election, or appointment of any candidate for office.
All charges are used to offset utilities and maintenance expenses.
