Professional, per associate - $110.00

Agricultural, industrial, retail, wholesale, etc:

• Tier 1 – 1-10 employees $85.00
• Tier 2 – professionals $110.00
• Tier 3 – 11-25 employees $185.00
• Tier 4 – 26-50 employees $360.00
• Tier 5 – 51-100 employees $720.00
• Tier 6 – 100+ employees $1110.00
• Tier 7 – top tier $1375.00
